Had a great experience while visiting family. Friendly's was everything I remember. The food was good and the sundays amazing. Service was super friendly. As always, never go if your in a hurry, but it's always time well spent.

Got the sarucha burger for the 3rd time great burger and I love the fires. My waiter didn't really know what he was doing older African American guy nice fellow though till we are about to leave I gave him the tip and my wife turns around only to Catch him staring at my aunt's butt and bitting his lips. I look to go to places where I feel the employees can be professional not dogs who are on the street when a women passes by. What a shame. Would've given it a 5 star for food but don't want to give 5 star for overall. Get employees who know they are doing or at least want to learn.

Me my girlfriend and her son ordered 2 crispy chicken salads both came with the chicken cut up in bits tiny and it looked like one chicken finger with that portion and also ordered a crispy chicken wrap and that chicken was also cut up in tiny pieces I have teeth and it's about making it look like alot but in reality it's not we ordered strawberry 🍋 and two frenzy ice creams the total $70.39 with disappointment and to not be rude I never complained I ate that bill knowing it was a rip off also gave a $10.00 doller tip the service was great it's not the waitresses problem but the corporations money hungry trying to save I've been in the restaurant business for 20+ years and know all too well I will never eat here again only ice cream my advice is add two chicken fingers not diced but BITE SIZE pieces along with the chicken wrap three chicken fingers whole it's not a kids meal? My guess is looking at the chicken combined with the salads & the wraps a total off three chicken fingers were cut up and put into all three plates yes I'm knowledgable to know this be aware thanks for reading.

This place seems to be consistently and continually shortstaffed, and we've had them run out of food on us at normal dinner times. Not impressive. If you want a good Friendly's experience, go to the one in Stoneham.
