Love the food etc. But clearly can't take customer requests and directions... I made sure to request our favorite driver, 4 times... Also directions for delivery are written... Every time someone else delivers they go to the wrong door, in a drive way that is not ours and it's an inconvenience to us when ordering food is supposed to make getting the food more convenient. We have no problem waiting longer for our food if it means it will be delivered to the RIGHT door which is why I requested a specific driver... If I wanted the inconvenience I would have picked it up myself instead of tipping someone who can't follow directions or take the time the read

Listen I’ve ordered from Wings over many times, I live on campus. But tonight it was awful. I was gonna let them slide but they messed up too many times. They were over an hour late for a simple order of a puddle jumper, that’s only 10 wings and I only ordered one flavor so nothing too complicated, and a 2 liter of sprite. The food was late, and then when the delivery person got here he didn’t have the 2 L. He said oh I will go back and get it if you want, and I was like yeah sure. After paying him and then waiting for him to come back and bring me my sprite I wait over 40 minutes before trying to contact the driver and the restaurant themselves but no one responded and the restaurant closed. So i paid for late, cold wings with no drink. I don’t like writing bad reviews but, come on. I got played

Best wings bone-in and specially the boneless ones. Very good selection of sauces/flavors for the wings. Nice atmosphere/ambience, good service. Best wings.

Prices are a bit on the higher side. Food is pretty good. A few members of the staff could use some training in customer service, but the majority of the staff is very nice. Slightly chaotic because they are quite busy, but it is a fairly nice and clean place. Lost a star for the negatives, but it is easily something they can work on and overcome.

I am very disappointed in this Wings Over. Multiple times it has taken them well over an hour when I was told 30-40 minutes. Jut recently I ordered and after an hour I called them to find out where my food was. They messed up on my phone number completely and just brought it back to the store. The manager was kind and within 20 minutes my food came. However, it was so cold. It was barely even room temp. I waited over an hour and 30 minutes for a cold meal and this is not the first time they have taken this long and my meal is cold.
