First time trying this place, don't be afraid of the look on the outside but what's on the inside. I ordered curried goat and my best friend got the oxtail. Food was fresh and well seasoned, I prefer mine much more hotter spice wise but still was delicious. Very friendly place will go again anytime.

Outside the place looks a little shoddy. I wasn’t even sure if it was opened as I couldn’t see any lights on. But because of the reviews I had to at least check the door. Bam! It pushed right in. It was opened. The place is quaint. There were quite a few ppl there waiting to order which made me feel good about it. I ordered the small ox tails. I went to the bathroom while I waited for food to prepare. FYI, the lock doesn’t work, so you either have to have someone watch from the outside or hold the door while doing your thing in the inside. J/S 🤷🏿‍♀️ Anyway, food was ready. I added hot sauce because I love it super spicy. After the first bite I fell in love!! I really wanted the curry chicken, but all the reviews said I should try the ox tails. And I can rest assure (and assure you as well) that it was a hit! It seriously ignited my taste buds. Mmm mmm mmm. You will absolutely love it! And the hot sauce was not too vinegar as some hot sauces. It was the perfect complement to the food. I wish I added more but I wanted to try it first since I wasn’t eating there at the restaurant. All in all - food was delicious. Bathroom was relatively clean. And serving conditions looked well behind the counters. Remember it’s CASH ONLY and it only cost $11 for a small. And that was more than satisfying. I didn’t want to stop so I stuffed my belly. I even chewed the bones it was so good. 💁🏿‍♀️

Hole in the wall/dive with delicious food at a good price. Takeout option is strongly recommended.
