This place is busy literally all the time, it's a wait to get your food. Over the years their customer service skills have gone down the drain. No disrespect to anybody but always check your bag to make sure you get the food you ordered. They've put bacon on plenty of sandwiches even though I didn't order it like that. I'm muslim and bacon is NOT part of our diet based on religious beliefs.

I come to this Wendy's for convenience only and I normally only go through the drive-thru because the younger kids that work the dining room counter seem to always talk about their personal lives and are loud. Going through the drive-thru, it is always fast but the customer service could be better. It seemed like the guy in the drive-thru window was taking orders from the menu and cashing out customers at the second window. This makes it difficult to talk to him because he is too focused on trying to listen and remember the order in his ear. I just wanted to ask for ketchup.

Its good but they take way too long like 20 minutes or more in the night and once my food was cold

If you're planning to eat at this place, you better get there before you're even hungry, cause it will take them at least 15 min before they even take your order and another 15 to have it ready

Lol one of the cashiers had the audacity to get upset because the majority of their customers were ordering the 4 for $4 or whatever special Wendy's has. Like how are you upset people are ordering what they want and can afford? Maybe you shouldn't work in fast food because people order what they want.
