Bottomless fries and they are the big steak fries kind. Not super busy, most if the time. Nice staff. They have three kinds of burgers: the tavern, regular, and high end. Each costs about $7, $11, and $14, accordingly. The onion rings are good, too.

Wait staff was great. I ordered the chop house burger. The burger was loaded with seasoning salt and almost not edible. My wife ordered the classic burger and it was fantastic. Too much salt on fries. Burger patties are thin, not worth the money.

Terrible experience. Wish I could leave 0 stars. We came in for dinner, ordered our food, and waited. And waited. And waited. And watched our waiter never go and check on our food for 40 minutes. He just kept taking other people's orders. He kept saying to us that our food would be right out. Finally, we see him go check the computer on the kitchen, and look very worried/confused. We guessed right, our order wasn't coming. He claimed that the kitchen lost it. We told him to just give us our tab (my husband had a beer) because we weren't going to wait that long again. He told his manager, who came over. I said that the waiter must not have put the order in. The manager said "no, the kitchen lost it. It happens all the time." Uh, that seems like a massive issue if that's the case. He did give us the beer free, which we didn't ask for...but we just wanted our food...

Chain done right. Staff is usually great. Burgers are consistently good.

Bad all the way round. I have tryed two times and.both times they could not get.an order for my wife and I correct. I don't get.the.hype about Red Robin. The burgers are not berry good to say the least. Maybe it is because they serve mixed drinks.and.beer. Mr.Burger is better.
