AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to wait 20 minutes to get seats in a mostly empty restaurant. Nachos were cold. Had to ask for silverware and napkins and had to wait 15 minutes for more to be rolled. Jack Daniel's sandwich had no sauce on it and was charged $.50 when we asked for it. Ribs and shrimp were burned black over half of them. Our table was dirty and other tables were left dirty the whole time we were there. Overhead a manager complaining about the mess a child made in front of customers. Took 20 minutes to get our bill. Horribly understaffed! Waitress was very friendly although.

Our waitress was awesome...but, the food and manager not so much. We are in from out of town and popped in for a quick bite. My chicken sandwich was hard and when brought to the managers attention, she brushed me off essentially. They did take $5 off of my meal so I essentially paid another $5 for mashed potatoes. Poor customer service.

Bacon crusted fall off the bone ribs. Yum! That was over a month ago. However, went in today and was told that there was a 25 to 30 minute wait although the place was about 80 percent empty due to being short staffed in the kitchen. Asked if we could wait at a table. Hostess said no. When questioned why, she got the manager, who said it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait, but we could sit at a table. Plenty of servers around, but no one offered to even get us something to drink. They sat some others, had others standing near the door. After 30 minutes, just left. Real lack of courtesy all around.

This place is terrible! We seriously were seated and sat for 15 mins and still no server. I asked the hostess if we had a waiter and she said she would get him. His name was Josh and he proceeded to still take his time. He finally asked our drinks and went away for a while. Then we quickly ordered our food when he returned. Once our food came out we asked for silverware and ranch and he quickly walked away and acted like he didn't hear us. We again asked another waitress. She told him and then he stood at the bar changing the tv channel for several minutes before he brought out silverware. When we were done eating he was no where to be found. The other waitress (who was clocked out at the time) said he left. She got the bar tender for us so we could cash out. I will NEVER EVER go to this Fridays ever again!!!

Stopped in for a bite to eat on our way out of town...wish I had checked reviews first. Greeted by the hostess and led to a table on the left side of the restaurant. Once the hostess left, the table next to us asked if they told us it was going to be a 45 min wait for our food. (Apparently they had been there for 25 min without a server even asking for thier drink order.) A waitress and the hostess came back and after a disagreement the waitress said she could "try" and find someone to help them but it wasn't her section so she wasn't going to do it. A manager then came over and apologized to us and that table and took our drink/food orders. Unfortunately while waiting for our food we had a glass of water spill at our table (all over the table and sear, as well as the floor). No one noticed. My husband took my daughter out to get cleaned up and a change of clothes and I stood up next to the booth. The waitress that said it wasn't her section came over to the section next to ours and sat and talked (facing me) to another guy that wasnt working for ten minutes. Then a waitress walked by me with food for the table next to ours and even said excuse me to get by - completely ignoring the water all over the floor and fact that I was standing and trying to clean it up (and walked the other way away from our table to leave the section). Finally my husband went and got paper towel from the restroom before someone noticed and helped us clean it up. Restrooms were trashed with paper towel and toilet paper all over the floor... And a plunger laying sideways under the sink. And there was a group on the other side of the restaurant that was extremely loud and made it hard to hear normal conversation. The manager did bring our food and I shared my frustrations with her... She did give us 30% off our meal, as well as the table next to ours for the trouble. Food was OK, but based on our experience with everything else, we will likely not be returning. Beware... Should have known when the place was dead at 7pm on a Saturday night. :(
