Went for breakfast and they started off just taking the order wrong I had them fix it and they still got one of my sandwiches wrong. If you want good food and the right things don't go here in the morning. I work in fast food myself and it doesn't matter if I make a mistake taking an order or the customer changes something last min I holler back to the kitchen/cook that something got changed so if they already made it they can fix it so the customer gets what they ordered. This store needs better leadership to ensure employees are trained correctly or the employees need to take pride in theirselves and their store.

Typical mickey Ds....... They have a good selection of options and great prices if trying to save a dime. Quick and easy and always satisfied.

Food is usually correct. The drive through feels slower than it should, though. They have spots for the drive through-overflow waiting but I never see them in use.

Staff needs to get there speed up its a fast food restaurant not a place that should be taking more then five minutes to get customers there food even if it is a lunch rush or dinner rush. Most times there r under staffed or staff is really slow and just dont care that there customers have to wait for food

The McDonald's on Madison and 28th Street is the best managed fast food restaurant in Grand rapids. Quick and polite service from all staff. Consistent food. Top marks.
