After I told the cashier my order was wrong she proceeded to argue with me. My receipt said spicy potato tacos no spicy sauce and she told me "that doesn't come with potatoes on it" and refused to replace my order until I started being quite unruly. Always check your order on your way out, and you might have to really fight with them to make it right, even if you have a receipt! I get it, drunk college students are annoying, but there's no reason to be so unreasonably rude to a paying customer, especially when they start out polite. Come on franchise owner!

This place is slow and all I ordered with the Chalupa Box without tomato and chicken not beef. I got beef with tomatoes and everything was cold and stale. Dont waste your time or money.

This taco Bell is usually pretty good but sometimes they can be incredibly slow especially late night on weekends. The staff usually looks like they're currently hating their job and they treat you the same way. The past three visits I had to ask the guy who took my order for my drink cup moments after he took my order because he was too busy talking to another employee about something unrelated or eager to flirt with the female customer behind me instead of being attentive the rest of his customers.

Not sure if this is just because I went while Michigan State University was on break, but this place was pretty empty. Despite this, the one lady ahead of me in line argued for like 20 minutes with the worker taking her order about what she wanted and as a result it took forever to get my food. Food was about what you'd expect from an average taco bell. It is unfortunate that there is no drive through though.

The food is never cooked all the way, drive up the road to the one in Okemos, way more consistent there.
