I was there for Thursday unlimited pork-belly dinner with my son and his 4 college friends. It was nice and good dinner even though waitresses weren’t that nice. We have to call them for refilling meat multiple times. But it is unlimited meat and we were just happy until we got a bill. So 6 people x $16 and tax will be $96 plus tax. We were planning to pay more than 20% for tip, $120. However they charged us $96 plus tax plus $28.8, YES 30% TIP, total more than $130…………. I traveled multiple state and never saw 30% tip. Their customers are mainly college students and they have been charging %30 tip to college kids????????? I asked waitress why they charge 30% tip and said “because you were eating too much and you were calling us too many times”. So shouldn’t we eat less????? Without calling, how we gonna refill????? Is this self-service?????? Meat was good. But it does not make tip to 30%. Even 1 star is more than enough.

The food was really good. The restaurant was pretty open and uncrowded. The waitress was not one of the best, not friendly but not rude at the same time. Food was good but it took a lot of time to get the food. Overall it's a decent place.

They have great food here! We have tried a number of different items on and off the grill and you just need to find what you like. For the not so adventurous I recommend the Chicken Katsu. It is just a deep fried and breaded breast tender. The shrimp, beef and pork are all great on the BBQ. We also like some of the hot pots and soups. For actual Bulgogi we prefer Charlie Kang's - but for everything else - this is the spot! The service is ideal because you just RING the buzzer and they come over. You just need to understand they won't bother you unless you call them over. Also be patient - there is a language barrier depending on who is working! Well worth a visit :)

This was not a good experience at all. We walked in and it 12:30pm on a Thursday and it was freezing inside, all two tables with people at them had their coats on, which almost turned us away from the start. We sat at the BBQ booth with a server that was very nice, but inattentive considering we were the 3rd table in the restaurant and also VERY unsanitary, as she went to refill my drink by grabbing the rim of my glass with her fingers inside the cup where my mouth would go. The hot tea came out cold to my business partner, he asked for another cup and she brought a second one out just as cold, so he then asked her to microwave it. The food then came out very suspicious looking, with some meat frozen and other meat thawed/raw. I later became sick by the food as well. I would not recommend this place at all, unless you want to wear your winter jacket the entire meal, get poor-unsanitary service, and get sick after your over priced meal! Stick to “No Thai” over this place!

Interesting. Grill your own food at the table, didn't go that direction. Ordered off menu, found food to be bland. Service was good, prices were very reasonable. Probably would not go back of i was visiting again.
