They had AMAZING CHICKEN never disappointed, but for the price the side portions could be bigger, they are not no 5 star restaurant where you expect small sides.. Staff was super friendly food was good, I was pleased with it all..

All employees had their own ear buds in listening to music NOT customers! The cashier put food in a side dish container and walked away eating it while I watched. RIDICULOUS

We don't have Boston market in Grand Rapids anymore, so when I saw this in Holt I was pumped!! I was disappointed from the get go though. The store was not super clean...the food was only ok, and most of the people clearly didn't care about or know their jobs. There was one lady who cared, who served us and I made sure I left her a tip. The manager was not even trying to help the brand new cashier figure out our order, and how to get it right. So naturally, it wasn't. The lady who served us, fixed it right away, and apologized, while the apathetic manager was nowhere in sight. When we left, we saw where the manager was, in the parking lot, looking like a "deal" of some sort was going down. She was getting the guys phone number who brought her something. It was bizarre to witness. I had kids with me. My spidey senses were tingling that things were not on the up and up. Can't say I will go back, and that is highly disappointing. I miss Boston market so much.

I have ordered food to go several times here. The staff is friendly and courteous. They are efficient and bring the food out as quickly as any other boston market. Definitely a top dinner choice for those that need a quick and easy meal that tastes like home cooking!
