The food was great (like always) and the dining place is pretty clean and welcoming. I was surprised to see a lot of people (usually it’s pretty empty) and that caused a slightly longer wait time, but nothing too drastic. There’s also a new Southwest Avocado Chicken Sandwich that was pretty good.

I only go to join my boys who order the 4 for 4 they are young and it's a place they like going, the restaurants are clean, friendly and I just quick! I have order the Asian Salad, it's great because I control the dressing. A few more healthy choices please

So the good: the food was fresh (as fresh as you expect at Wendy's) and warm. Even the fries weren't too salty. The dining room and drink station were clean, not perfect, but clean enough you wouldn't have any issues. Rest of this is not a reflection of the cashier, the only one who seemed frustrated at the crawling speeds behind that counter. Now the bad. Long wait times. Average wait was 8-12 minutes while I was there. In fact, those making the food were so slow with it, I thought the cashier was ready to kill them. Then they had orders wrong and mixed up. Don't they have a board back there saying what's next? 1st guy in line waited 15 minutes for a 4for4 menu item. Then he had to return. As they got it wrong. There was zero urgency, even from the manager or shift leader with a clipboard who looked out at the lines, then turned around and hid in back again. And yet these are the people demanding $15 hour... with no urgency to get orders right. Sad when they lose their jobs due to automation.

Could barely hear or understand employee on drive-thru (speak up) & remember to say "Thank you" to your guests. Don't be afraid to open the drive-thru window to hand out the order...I don't like having to put my car in park to climb out my car window to retrieve my order because you don't want to reach your arm out to meet me half way. Remember to check bags before handing them out (condiments/utensils etc) 3 times in a row I was missing sauce for my nuggets. I am currently a Wendy's employee for 34 years now in the Livingston county area-I get it!!!

This place is always busy, but the staff is mostly friendly and do a pretty good job of getting your food to you despite all the business
