CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER the call hasn’t even being going through I have been calling to reserve a table of 15 for the PAST 10 MINUTES this is very very inconvenient because no restaurant is like this. So far the WORST customer service.

This place is mediocre. Don’t even bother placing a carry out order, because you’ll need to repeat everything when you get there and it’ll still be wrong. I said the order three times on the phone. the girl can barely speak any English and every time I said I need an Iraqi salad with lettuce, she said oh so just chick peas and beets? No.... but guess what I got? This is the 4th time in 1 month they messed up my order. I don’t know why I keep giving them more chances. Never going back

Disappointed. Was charged full price for two half orders. Found out when I got home. Food was okay and obviously overpriced !!!

Wow… The worst server I have ever had. They don’t even know anything about how mid-east is supposed to be served. They claim to be Iranian but as an Anglo Canadian, I seem to know more about their food than they do. Ordered Falafel, baba ganoush and Tabbouleh salad. I called and explain I was wanting to get a deliver to my hotel but they did not provide that service. That was fine. I said I would come pick it up and wanted hot sauce and tahini for the Falafel. I arrive and the girl who took the order proclaimed they had run out of tahini. Yes, a mid-east restaurant with no tahini! After I has finish training her on how the technology of the credit card ready worked she proceeded to take an order over in the middle of our transaction. I had to interrupt her to get my receipt so I could leave. When I got to my hotel. There was no pita bread for the baba and no cutlery to eat my food. AND what did they provide as hot sauce for the Falafel? You guessed it, Frank’s! I called to let them know I was displeased with my findings. I was nice and fully expected they would offer me an apology and maybe small incentive to come back and try them again. No, she was ugly and said they were too busy to bother with my problem. I guess the single table they were serving that night was just too much for them.
