I had an awesome experience at this location on May 1, 2018 est 2:30 pm. At this moment, I hadn't eaten this day yet and was burdened with personal issues. Immediately upon entrance I felt a peaceful energy and pleasant atmosphere. Most excellent, hard working and friendly staff!!! Quite effective and I must say, I did not leave with any of the negativity that was upon me. Well done Quoba!

They seem to finally have gotten it together. There was a long line but it moved a long! Excellent food! Always busy!

I ordered my lunch online so I could pick it up on my brief lunch break. When I arrived, stood in the online pickup line at the register for 15+ minutes. When I asked the cashier about picking it up, she said: "You can see I have a line. I'm not the one!" I never received my food, nor an apology. I even reached out to customer service via Twitter and was promised I'd be contacted by a manager within two days... Never heard a word. If there was a zombie apocalypse and the only place to find food and clean water was at Qdoba, I'd join the hoard and eat brains.

Everyone was on break. There was 1 person cooking, serving and cashiering. I had to wait for the veggies to cook for my veggie nacho because they stopped serving shrimp which is what I wanted in the first place. They made my nacho and then cooked the veggies. Which took abt 8 mins. They could have offered a drink or something for the wait because everyone else there had to wait also because the chicken had to be cut.

They are so busy at lunch time and clearly do not have enough staff for the lunch rush. I waited 20 minutes in line to get food
