They have good food, but it's hard to get it! The service is lacking. When we seated then waited almost 10 minutes before we decided to go somewhere else for dinner. This is not the first time their service was inattentive. We had a waitress walk by several times, a busser as well. Neither of them acknowledged us, or said someone would be right with there. We made eye contact with several staff members and no acknowledgment was made. I would recommend teaching teamwork and observing the customers. If someone has been sitting there and the customers look like they have not been attended to, then at least check.

I'm from the westside of the state. I have to give this place 5-Stars across the board. Food was outstanding, quick and i had to even laugh. The food was brought to the table to fast. I was like that was fast! The server was like yup !! Faster than Jimmy John's.

Awful. Do not eat here. I am currently sitting in the car on Mother's Day with a baby whining in the backseat as my husband waits inside for the food that should have been ready 30 minutes ago. What a waste of time. This isn't the first time we've received awful service. Last time we had bad service it was two years ago when we walked inside, got seated and no server ever came by. After 15 minutes we got up and left. Do not eat here. This is the 3rd encounter weve had with bad service. We keep going back because they actually do have good food and we think it may have been an ocassional bad day for them. Never ever again will we eat here.

I'm a Nacho type of guy and their nachos were very good and very presentable. Their service was mediocre. A little bit unorganized at times. But I was willing to overlook some of those weaknesses because the food was very authentic. As to the picture of the nachos that you see, please be aware that I asked for extra tomatoes and they came in a cup on the side and I sprinkled them on top. I was charged 99 cents for those diced tomatoes. It's not a big deal but I did ask for no green peppers and very light onions so one would think that because of the subtraction, asking for a little extra of the other ingredient should have been at no charge. The dining room was dark. That's fine at night time during the dinner hour but I was there at lunch. I think during the lunch hour they should have more lighting. Overall the experience was really well and I give it 5 stars because of the food quality. P.S. For Manager/Owner: If you could spend $30 to improve the look and experience for the customer, what would you buy? HINT: It has nothing to do with food, drink or wait staff.

Rip off! Got A trio combination plate for $11.49. Got one tamale, one burrito and one enchilada. All extremely small and not the least bit stuffed with meat. Got double rice instead of rice and beans- that was as generous as it got. No dollop of sour cream, salsa or guacamole on the plate. Very disappointing and poor service. They will never see me again.
