I don’t understand this place. The most RUDEST staff i have ever seen. Every employee was in there own zone. Some on cell phones. Where is the management???? Ohh they were the biggest problem!! What a joke of a staff. People wonder why places shut down in this case IT WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THE DUMB STAFF!!! Will contact corporate

What a joke! I am usually forgiving when it comes to service for fast food but this one takes the cake. Rude employees, restuarant is filthy, takes 10 minutes for dine in service. They have hiring signs all over the place. Need help bad, will be emailing corporate about this location. They need to shut it down and start fresh. Been here 4 times in past two months and consistent poor service. Will not be returning! SAD!

why can't this place cook fries. They are not McDonald fries nor edible fries. Cooked brown.

It was so bad. It was a long wait. The employees were angry and rude. They were out of ketchup. They didn’t provide any condiments. The place was a mess. My daughter even disappointed with the fries. She said they didn’t taste the same (there was no salt).

Customer service is the absolute worst, attitudes, no attentiveness, talking amongst other employees instead of to customers. Needs new management and/or employees.
