Extremely dirty, counter had a used cigar holder on it. We pointed it out and they left it. Leaking liquid by food area. Cookies out uncovered near floor also by leak. Dirty counters, hadn’t been wiped in a long time. Pop machine filthy, hadn’t been wiped in a long time. Bathroom was probably cleaner then food area and dining area, but almost out of toilet paper. Disgusting. The guys were nice, but didn’t know how to make an iced mocha.

I found this place to be the same as any other stores in this chain...the usual high standards of the same items made the exact same way...anywhere in the country one bc gets their products...what I have to say about the young people behind the counter in this particular store is that they were particularly pleasant and accommodating and got my coffee quicker than anyone else really ever had...and as I was leaving their restaurant I overheard them taking a great deal of time to explain items on their menu to an elderly gentleman who had walked in behind me...and anyone who knows me and my brother now...knows that our lives have been almost totally taken over by the wants and needs of our passed on(Dad) and current(Mom) elders who need extra time and extra attention to make decisions about even the smallest things as they age. When someone takes the time to treat any elderly in a respectable and helpful way it makes a real impact on us...especially when someone like this is still travelling around their local area themselves..without a younger caretaker of their own to help them out.

Took a very long time to get food (15minutes in drive through, 2 cars ahead)and they forgot to put my sauce in the bag so I had to go inside. However employees were kind and my food was good and hot.

I had a really good experience here. The food was made the same way any food at McDonalds would be, but the staff was really prompt and quick. Although we had a large group (8 people each ordering separately), they treated us courteously and quickly got through taking our orders. The lady working the register was clear about calling forward the next person. Food was given to us quickly. The ketchup machine was broken, but ketchup packets were available. Although that's not as good, the high quality service here makes up for that small deficiency.

No greeting when I came in - was at the counter as 3 employees walked past without a word. Once acknowledged the service was friendly. Service was quick. Katchup packet container on the counter was crusty/dirty and the drink area was filthy.
