Been here a few times and its a typical coney island. But tonight, a lady (a manager or an owner) comes in, plops her self at a table and starts yelling at the staff. My server got the worst of it, and I hope he quits. No one should yell at their employees like she did in front of customers. Thanks for ruining what should have been a peaceful meal my wife. We were forced to listen to her berate her staff about their schedules and other topics. I will not support a place that treats their staff in such a manner, I will not be returning.

My wife and I decided stopped by Kerby's Korney Island for a quick bite to eat around 3:30 pm (after the Lunch rush hours). We were told to seat our selves and given a couple of menus and the waitress left. No one never came back to get our orders and after 15 mins of being ignored, we noticed four (4) waitress standing behind the counter “talking?!” We finally got up and left!

Full disclosure, I am and always will be a fan of Cincinnati style chili. That said, the Coney's I had here at Kerby's were pretty good. I had said two Coney's, a side salad and Coke for $9 plus tip. The chili didn't have the spice I am used to but it still had a good taste and the hot dogs were decent. The salad is larger than I expected and it was fresh. The service was quick and everybody was nice. For the cost, I would stop back in when up this way.

Seem to have some new people. Waited ten minutes and walked next door to Subway. Eat fresh!

I haven't had an issue with the food. Super close to my work and a great place to get lunch. Although, I will not be returning because of the extremely rude guy that answers the phone and works check out. FYI... He has no business what so ever working with the public. He's causing you to lose customers. I'm one of them!
