I love this place- I can visit it over and over again with great experiences! While I will admit, after the first couple times, it's not as exciting, but that happens with any place you visit frequently. I still love all of the food and the chefs and servers are quite friendly. Many issues that I see here is that they will absolutely refuse to sit until the whole party is there. Reading through others reviews, I have also experienced this frustration. They do this to maximize their seating as much as possible, attempting to not leave any open seats. The seating can get crowded at times but it is mostly bearable. If you want to be seated quicker, try to walk in with your whole party or notify the host when your party is all there. I prefer lunch over dinner time- it is much less expensive but with smaller portions. Dinner time is also a favorite though because of all the specials they have. I reserve this time more for special occasions. From the sushi to the grill, the food is fantastic. I don't even like sushi but I managed to find one that I love here (Double Crunchy Roll!). It's also a different experience between each location. The food is mostly the same, but it's common for different regions to have different tastes and tastes that are specified to that area. This meaning that what you get here might taste different in Flint or Brighton or other locations, but the same basic concept and flavor is what you will receive. It is fairly consistent for the most part though.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced in the food industry period. Being overcharged by 25$ for our order and then after picking up our take out ordering realizing it and being told “no” to a refund is beyond me. Only being offered 15% off our next visit was apparently all they could do. The manager also continued to tell me I ordered incorrectly when (news flash, I order the same thing every time) so clearly I didn’t order incorrectly. They just wanted money and to overcharge the customer. Being told I was in the wrong and refusing to make it better. Horrible way to run a business and I will without a doubt be sharing this information with everyone who ever mentions this place.

Tried to go for a birthday dinner got there at 615pm 5-12-18 told 2 Hour wait. Waited for our friend to arrive to let them know. As we waited in the restaurant near the hostess station they told the next couple who walk in 30min 😡 I ask why they told me 2 hours then told them 30min. Took them 5min to come up with a answer of “oh they are regulars”. Then told me if we wanted to eat go somewhere else cause it was still 2 hour or more I ask to speak to a manger but they would not get me one. I’m a Fenton local Who has brought family and friendS here multiple times unacceptable
