Enormous portions for reasonable prices in a down to earth atmosphere. I have enjoyed everything I have tried over 3 visits (prime rib, salmon, and burger). Nothing is standout as amazing, the prime rib was my favorite, the asparagus was a little woody once, but I ordered a side of asparagus in the middle of winter. The warm fresh bread is also addictive. The restaurant is always quite busy but the seating area is large so there is rarely a long wait.

After waiting an hour to be seated, I was expecting a meal that was worth waiting for. Unfortunately this was not the case. I found the French Onion Soup to be very forgettable. It was watered down and barely warm enough to eat. Had I not waited an hour to be seated, I probably would have sent it back to be reheated. I ordered the 18oz New York Strip cooked medium and had to endure another excessively long wait for it to arrive. When it was finally placed on the table, the waiter commented that he already knew that it was not the steak I had ordered. He apologized and told me to keep the well done 10oz steak while he had the kitchen cook the steak I had actually ordered. After waiting another 20 minutes, a large New York Strip arrived. As if he already knew the result, our waiter asked me to cut into this beautiful slab of meat. Upon doing so, we both agreed that the steak had only been flashed on both sides leaving the inside completely raw. The waiter insisted I painstakingly wait while he returned my steak to the kitchen for another 10 minutes. When it returned, we found that it still was completely uncooked inside. The manager came to our table and apologized. She stated that they had new cooks and that one had walked out that very night leaving them short handed. They did not charge us for my steak but after over two hours, we left Lucky's knowing that we would never return.

Very nice evening at Lucky's. We had the top sirloin. Cooked very nicely to the specified doneness and tender too. The side was the Au Gratin potatoes. They came out on the cool side. Sent them back to be warmed and they were fantastic! Our server was Tyler and he was attentive without being overbearing. Menu has plenty of variety.

I went to lucky's tonight, it was my first time and it certainly won't be my last. I arrived about 6pm on a Thursday evening and the parking lot was full. I was seated immediately and within 5 minutes i had a menu. When i was ready to order, i was approached by my waiter Krista. (I think that was her name). I ordered a salad, Lobster tail and and end cut prime rib. I was served my lemon water and bread immediately. Within 10 min my salad was served, and the main course arrived by the time i was done with my salad. The food was perfectly cooked as ordered and was absolutely delicious. The price for my meal 25.00 and some change with tax. For what i got, it was a good value as well. For as busy as the place was, the service was the best i have had in a long time. I will be back and tell others. Thank you for such an enjoyable dinning experience. Lynn
