We came in at about 9 pm to get dinner. Sat at the bar. Bartender Heather brought drinks in reasonable time. She asked us if we were ready to order, which we were not. We looked at menu. We were going to get appetizer. She more or less never came back for us to order. Guy next to us already got his bourbon steak and shrimp. So we paid for drinks and left. :( We were looking forward to the won ton taco appetizer. We went home and ate. Happy eating out, not!!! :(

It was a mistake on my order at the staff was more than happy to help they didn't charge before my meal and were very kind and considerate about fixing everything. It did take a little bit longer but I completely understand and was happy that they were so hard to fix everything. I have eaten here quite a few times and would recommend this franchise location for anybody interested in eating there.

My husband and I almost always order the appetizer sampler. It's 3-4 smaller versions of appetizers. We've had this order messed up more than once and it really isn't a difficult order. Today we were charged full price ($7.99) for an appetizer when it was supposed to be $3.79. Our poor waitress said she was new and she would pay the $4 difference because she was sorry. I don't think the wait staff are very knowledgeable about the menu. I would have talked to a manager if I had seen one. The food just isn't worth the hassle we end up having to deal with when being overcharged (on more than one occasion).

My grand daughter and I stopped for dinner yesterday. After sitting for over 15 minutes I had to ask for someone to serve us. When she came she forgot our drinks. When our food came, they dropped the dressing for the salad. Then she forgot to bring us dressing. This was the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant in my life. I was totally disappointed. I asked for the manager but he seemed to busy with another table.

Heather C was awesome.. very nice and attentive! My boyfriend and I came here to use a gift card and get dinner. Heather suggested the artichoke dip, so of course we got the combo appetizer plate..We will be back . She was very kind and seemed to have a nice group of regulars. Everyone knew her by name. Thanks Heather!
