How sad. I am changing my review. We went to the Holly Hotel for my husband’s birthday as we had gone once before and had a good time. We went for the buffet. We ordered omelets and picked pretty tasteless food from the buffet line. Our waitress didn’t remove our plates so we could go pick some other item. Finally, we started putting our used plates on a serving tray and others in the room did the same. Our waitress was attentive with pouring coffee, but that was it. Finally, 35 minutes later, our omelets showed up. They were hot but quite greasy and since it took so long, we were already full from the buffet. Very disappointed. We had gathered the kids to dine with us and their dad for his birthday, drove 1.5 hours and hoped it would be impressive. Oh, and because we had previously purchased a membership, we each got a free meal on our birthday. They wouldn’t honor it because I hadn’t brought the blue sheet of paper with a reminder note on it sent to us 6 weeks ago! Big mistake. No way to encourage business. We won’t be back.

What a lovely place to visit! Some friends and I went there for the Queen Anne's Tea luncheon. The amount of food we got for $19 was incredible, and the chicken strudel entree was particularly delicious! The service was fabulous, and the atmosphere was charming. We'll definitely be back!

WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. It was our first time coming to this establishment for a comedy night. We had a BOGO coupon for the cover charge. We called to ask about the coupon prior to coming and asked about the cover charge again when we arrived. The manager told us upon arrival the cover charge would be on our bill. When we tried to present our coupon at the end of our visit we were told that it would not be accepted because it was to be given upon arrival. I REPEAT, WE ASKED WHEN WE WALKED IN. The manager was extremely rude and said it would not be accepted adding an additional 45$ to our bill. The server was polite and prompt. But as for management, they need to ensure they are giving accurate information, not be so blatantly rude, and admit when they are at fault. I give props to the servers and other staff members for putting up with the terrible management here.

I had a great time here, the staff are amazing. The food delicious, of course a bit on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for. The light was dim for effect and I personally thought it was perfect tho other people may not agree since the light only allows for you to see the people your with.

Best food I've ever found. Always profoundly amazing, always willing to work with you, sell you their butters and cheeses if the chef feels up to it, and going above and beyond to make you comfy. Atmosphere is amazing, plays old-timey music, amazing glassware/silverware, crazy wall art, all era appropriate, and an amazing staff. Very very very fancy. Expect to pay 25+ an entree(3 courses, soup salad and entree, usually bread beforehand).
