We only live 1/2 a mile away but come here less than once month because the service is so bad. I love Taco Bell but I can't do it anymore. As usual, we were shorted an item. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. But this time EVERYthing was put in the bag and box loosely wrapped and upside down. Everything fell apart. We still had to drive back there to get the missing item. WHY DOESN'T ANYBODY TRY TO FIX THIS?

The general manager needs to manage the schedule allot better there is no reason there is only one person working. Also to the little short cook with the three or four braids in his head with no hangtime if you gone stay clocked in you should actually put in some work we don't want to hear your mouth just the sounds of taco wrappers... shout out to those 2 pm managers you guys held it together

Every time I've came to this location, service has been painfully slow. Simple orders take at least 10 minutes, sometimes even longer. If you're a vegetarian like me, don't trust that they'll make your order correctly. Asked to substitute beef for beans in my meal today, took a bite and immediately spit it back out. Nearly threw up. Took it back and complained to the manager, who did nothing except say "Okay" and "Have a nice day" as I was leaving. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time coming here.

Absolute joke. After 9pm management gives up. They run out of almost all their ingredients. Complete lack of customer service. The employees basically just collect a check while doing nothing

The Woodward location in Ferndale is painfully slow. The staff doesn't seem all that interested in your experience. They'll ignore you and make you wait at least 10 minutes for your order. This seems to be a somewhat recent development. Anyway, our food orders normally comes out correct. And the quality of the food is pretty much what you'd expect.
