This is easily the worst Taco Bell I've been to, but it's the only one in the area. The food is rarely hot. The staff is usually on their personal phones. And somehow they are always out of something. On the most recent visit they ran out of ground beef at 2pm. Their pop machine is also down frequently. I've also been told that there would be a 30 minute wait for food with only 3 people in line. The corporate office desperately needs you get a regional manager into this location.

The past 4 times I've been here they were out of something. Tonight they were out of chips... A pseudo Mexican restaurant out of chips... Please explain.

Worst Taco Bell in the state of Michigan. I can honestly say I'm shocked that this place hasn't gotten shut down yet. Slow, unprofessional, rude, there's ALWAYS something missing in your order...and if there isn't, one of your items will be made incorrectly. The food tastes stale & if they don't feel like making something, they will just tell you they are out of it. They've been "out of chips" before and "out of" most of the desserts they are supposed to carry on their menu. If you come to this location, expect a 15-20 minute wait for your food. Don't waste your time.

9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong/an item is missing. Extremely slow service (spent 15 minutes inside from when order was placed to getting food, drive thru isn't much better). Rude staff and condescending management. Would rather drive out of my way to another Taco Bell (the other one in Ferndale isn't much better) than to continue going here.
