Just wanted to grab a solo bite to eat after work. I was very disappointed with my visit. I was greeted but wasn't given a choice of the bar, a booth, or a table. The hostess immediately took me to a table. I then expressed my preference for a booth. I returned to the front area and asked the greeter how long for a booth? He shared with me that it would be a few minutes. Once I was seated, I literally waited for a total of 18 minutes before I had even been acknowledged or approached. At that time I believe a manager noticed that it had been too long that I was seated and hadn't been greeted. Therefore, she came over and asked me a rhetorical question. "Has someone been over yet?" My response was no! No sooner then after I replied a waitress showed up. She took my order and stated to me that she was not my waitress, and that my waitress would be right over. Once I received my food, which was only two different appetizers boneless wings and mozzarella sticks). I was displeased with the temperature of the food(lukewarm). In addition, there was an extreme unnecessary amount of sauce on the wings. That made a sloppy and unappealing presentation. Lastly, I would have thought that wet wipes would have been in order. However, I had to dip a napkin in my water to wipe my hands. She brung my bill and didn't even offer me a carryout for the obvious food that remained.

Good food. Good staff. STRONG POLICE AND SECURITY PRESENCE, AND PHYSICAL BARRIER PROTECTION WITH THE WROUGHT IRON FENCING. A GOOD PLACE TO EAT IN A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT IS GENERALLY NOT. The food was great 👍 for what it is, the service SHOULD be better. They were very nice but forgetful and a little disorganized. Well meaning though.

I order takeout more than a few times in a month and I dine in every now and then. Service and food is always good. Atmosphere very chill and the police are there but they aren't harassing the customers .

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Initially my wife and I were optimistic about how our lunch would go. Any good vibes were quickly stamped out once we were seated. The fact that we sat for well over 5 minutes before the server came by was unacceptable. After she arrived she didn't introduce herself. She took our orders and quickly disappeared. After waiting another 20 or so minutes we revived one of our appetizers, 10 minutes later after asking about it our second appetizer was brought out. I was then given the wrong meal and was continuously thirsty due to the absenteeism of our waitress. I can honestly say that this is the first and last time I'll be eating here.

6:00pm today my family and I thought we’d try to eat in our neighborhood. The hostess was nice and friendly. Waited. Waited. We asked a passing waitress if she was our waitress. She said she would find out who would be our server. Waited. No one. We decided to leave. On our way out,we saw at least 4 wait staff members hovering around the hostess station engaging in a lively conversation. Hmm.
