This McDonald's location is perfect for me and I really want to like coming here, but I just can't. The prices, staff, cleanliness and slow wait times all just kind of suck. I have noticed that this McDonald's has slightly higher prices then the other ones in the area (especially the 9 mile one in Hazel Park), they also don't participate in a lot of voluntary promotions (only required ones). Staff is just meh, not particullarly friendly or efficient. The drive through always is pretty slow, I think I've gotten through the Starbucks drive through quicker and that's saying something. Two stars for great location and not much else. Stop by a different one if you have the chance, but it does the job if this is your only option.

I can rarely get a McFlurry or breakfast foods anytime and that's what I normally get other than pie. I don't want to eat pie every meal. I know fast food is unhealthy, but dang, I have standards. I realize the McFlurry problem is due to corporate cheaping out on ice cream machines, so it's not their fault, but I don't know why the breakfast foods anytime are gone whenever I go. One time, they forgot to tell me the McFlurry was unavailable after I bought it. The restaurant and restroom are both clean, so that's good.

Poor customer service. Poor employee training. Poor management... thanks for ruining my morning... all I wanted was a coffee.. the cashier had me stand while she counted her drawer although they had been open for an hour.. after I stood there for 10 min while she continuously walked away from her drawer & did other things... after I ran out of time & walked away from the counter she proceeded to (write) down the customers order behind me because her drawer was still not ready & totally disregarded that I had even been standing there.

Just tried to get some food I pulled up to the speaker, about 40 secs go by I say hello nothing, hello hello I get nothing, I start pulling off slowly looking inside and it looked like no one is inside So I left, as I was waiting at the light I see the only two workers walking back in from outside!!! I would give this place -5 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. What the hell you two doing outside??!?!

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Poor customer service and slow drive thru.
