Today around 10PM we came to McDonald’s on Gibraltar rd to get something to eat and some drinks before going to the movies... no large drinks. Only small. They were out. Waited 14 mins in line then we just left instead. Again after the movies around 3AM we again came back to McDonald’s... two people hiding in the back peaking around the corner ignoring that a customer was at the drive through window. This has happened more than once. They are always 100% of the time out of something. Who ever is there at nights/early mornings does not care about their job apparently.

This is the worst McDonalds! I was in the drive thru for at least 15 mins & they had no carbonation for any pop. Everytime we go there something is always not working or they are out of it.

It's a Wednesday evening and have been waiting for 20 minutes for our order. The need a new manager here. To top it off customers who ordered after us got their meal before us.

Heading to the river fishing and I wanted to stop and get a sandwich on my way. Couldn't take the boat though the drive thru so I wanted to run inside to order. On the door the hours say indoors open at 6am and when I arrived it was 605, both doors were locked. I knocked on the glass and one of the employees looked at me but didnt unlock the door. I knocked again and louder but to no avail they wouldn't open the door. I turned around and went to Tim hortons they have a better deal anyways 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich. Terrible service at this McDonalds.

Major attitude every morning at this place. Girl with the neck tattoo needs to go! She’s worthless and rude. My other favorite part of this dump is waiting 20 min for food only for it to be cold when I finally get it. This place is the worst.
