DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. This store ripped off my daughter. She ordered online and paid online. Her order was to be ready at 735pm. Only the store was already closed. She has done everything this subway asked her to do. She brought in her bank statement to prove they took the money out of her account. It has been over a week and corporate has not returned her calls or emails. The assistant manager refuses to handle the situation, will not giver her the managers number or district managers number. My daughter went back in to see if she could catch the manager there and was told to leave or the cops would be called. Absolutely discusting how this situation is being handled or should i say not handled.

Love all the fake reviews from people that are clearly friends with the owner. Disgustingly dirty and they do not portion items in accordance to how Subway cooperate tells stores to. The owner is rude and crew is very poorly trained and dont care.

The slowest subway I have ever been to. My bread was smooshed and felt under cooked and cakes. Sauce went on the top where it was cut and all my sauce ended up on the white wrapper. Saddest sub I have ever eaten. Never going here again. Drive to another I promise you it’s worth the gas money and time.

Pro's: The kid who made my sub was a little shy, but friendly. He made my sub EXACTLY as I wanted it (save the fact that there were only 4 small pieces of ham on a ham foot long that corporate calls for 8). Cons: Where do I begin? The manager (some Indian guy) proceeded to scold the employee when I turned away for a second about putting too many toppings on my sub. Excuse me? No he did not. He put exactly the right amount and even asked me if it was sufficient. I wanted more, but could tell the owner is stingy. I sat down to eat and saw the manager instruct the employee (who was filling product) to cut the meat in half. I used to work at a Subway in Warren. The meat comes pre portioned and ready to serve. There is no need to cut it unless you're deliberately trying to gain a profit. This was infuriating and I made a mental note to contact corporate. Don't waste your money here. There's other Subway within a few miles of this one and they don't get stingy with their toppings.
