The rib tips definitely aren't cooked on the grill... Maybe that's seasonal but its advertised as "bbq". Purchased a dinner that came with 2 sides but fries is not included as one of the side choices, and sides I purchased were cold. Hopefully things become different as I'd like to support them but as it stands, I won't be back until I hear different.

I had to update my review! This place has skyrocketed the quality of their food. I visited the market a few days ago and was immediately drawn to Charlie's. I got my mainstay the brisket sandwich and was pleasantly surprised they changed their buns and the meat seemed thicker. It was fantastic. As always the staff was friendly and even though there was a line it didn't take longer than 5 minutes for my food to be done.

Enjoyed my 1st experience since I was a young child. The new market was very amazing to me. Very nice "Flint Farmers Market". I'll be sure and visit often in the future. Thank You. Also, I think the idea of the "matching $ is just wonderful".

I got a large order of rib tips and they weren't even hot at all. When you get food for a fast food restaurant you expect for it to be hot. I called them and the only thing the guy had to say was that he would pass it on to the kitchen that it wasn't hot.
