The management and staff have improved over the last couple years. It had sunk so low it was unpleasant. We had a 20% coupon so we used that to do recon.

Very dirty, blueberries were put on my French toast cold! Too much cream cheese frosting. Cream container was given to me with a brown booger looking thing on it. The plate had grease on it and I got it on my shirt. The server was horrible slow and barely brought coffee back. Bathroom literally had BIG puddles of water, NOT just wet spots.

If I could give this place no stars I would, the only reason there’s 1 star is because of the host she was awesome. But the server Justin was more concerned about how he looked rather than filling drinks and pre bussing the table. He was terrible. And when we went to cash out Ed the manager did not ask how everything was we preceded to tell him the service sucked! He was not sincere at all. He is the worst manger I’ve ever seen! It’s no wonder bob Evans are closing all over the place. Makes perfect sense now!

The food was good, our server fell but the other workers where happy to jump in and help her out. Great to see such teamwork. The manager at one point began to chastise staff about something else. That was a turn off. Take it to the office.
