Burger King

The morning crew has a very friendly staff. My food was hot and fresh. I will definitely go back for breakfast.

Today I was treated very wrong and I waited in drive thru before going in and the girl yelling at me telling me I didn't wait that long in line. I went back outside to get my coupon and went back in to be yelled at and disrespected some more as I noticed that the car I was behind still didn't make it through to the speaker to place their order yet. It was on S. Ballenger hwy here in Flint between 3:40 pm and 4:05pm I have never had such awful service before

When I went there over this weekend I went inside order my food which was 4 chicken fries and a double cheese burger. They we're busy so I wait. But my food came first problem I had was the lady put 3 of my 4 chicken fries under the warmer. Do when i tried to express my concern that they would get cold the lady at the counter just interrupted me and said they are fresh and just kept waiting people so i wait all thou my food was ready I wait for 10 mins everybody just kept working and another drive threw employee got her see could see on the screen my food was ready and from the time on their screen she fling my burger out of the way and just kept working. And when I tried to get the front counter lady's attention by saying nicely and politely she just told me to wait and kept taking orders even when she had no one at the counter my food didnt get put in the bag so again I attempted to get the attention of the front counter lady's she rudely told me to wait. And after she told me another customer in and she proceeded to take her order the custimer told her she needed a mintue so instead putting my food in the bag mind you my one chicken fry was not under a warmer and now we are at aleast 20 mins I then proceeded to say excuse me and she said wait i then said loudly because now my patience is long gone I want to speak to a manager she then again told me to by then I'm beside myself ang shaking I slammed both my hands on the counter and loolook right at her and yelled I want to speak to your manager she agian told me to wait by this time my food is still waiting to be put in the bag I then slammed by hands on the counter and said i want to talk to your manager she then yelled a me to calm down I said again I eant to talk to the manager she then said ooh I'm going to get fired today. Then she finally tolf the manager that I need to talk to him I told him all I want is my food put in the bag so i could go home and expressed my concern about the chicken fries thst never mamade it under a warmer and the manager took care of me apologize and then right in front if me told the front counter lady he didn't care if the person who was waiting to get the order taken left but the people eho have paid and are waiting for their foid are helped first he then went in to tell me he threw a free fry in my bag and told me next time I came in he would take care of me.

I have never seen such incompetence in my life! The employee's here do not attempt to make your order proper to burger king standard or even an edible one. I had to fight to get my wifes order correct twice and it was inexcusable each time they served it. I would not recommend this establishment for your time or effort let alone your money. They do not care here and it shows in abundance!

Hadn't been there in a few months. Used a chicken coupon. Sandwich was pretty tasty with pink lemonade.
