I've lived by this McDonald's nearly my entire life. I've spent literally thousands of dollars here over the decades. I've had friends work here. It was the first McDonald's I'd ever been to as a child. Despite all of that history and legacy, not only am I a stranger here, I've had arguments over order mistakes and was been accused of lying to get more food than I'd paid for. About 25% of the time the orders are wrong, or the food is incorrectly made. Worst of all, the food quality is among the most terrible that I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. Stopped going on principle years ago. Update: Recently visited, out of a sense of curiosity and partly necessity and found this place to have made some improvements. I'm visiting more frequently now and have noticed the efforts for improvement.

The service here could be a bit better. They have often gotten my order wrong or simply forgot something in my order. Today I ordered a McGriddle sandwich with steak, egg and cheese but instead I got a biscuit. I had to take it because I didn't want to be late for work. The biscuit was very dry and my strawberry banana smoothie taste like it has coffee in it!! I'm not satisfied at all! Will not be going there anymore.

Just sat in line for 25 mins. They didn't answer the drive through speaker. So I backed up and went to the other and by the time I got up to order they were answering the other speaker for the lady that pulled up after me. The young girl at the window leaning up against the space heater on the counter was rude as hell. Then they gave me the wrong food and no drink. I said something and waited another 5 mins before I actually got the right food. Got cold fries and it was maybe half an order. 5 out of 10 times I go here there's an issue and I'm not the complaining type but Fk man! Management is horrible obviously! Come on Mcds! Get it together. I guess I'll drive across town to get mcds from now on.
