This Arby's is my new favorite fast food location. This Arby's location is faster than most and has better food quality than most. I was very pleased with this location. If you are a fan of Arby's food but hate the wait in the drive thru than you will be pleasantly surprised. Staff is courteous and polite. Overall a good dining experience during the last 3 visits.

Nice staff! Roast beef sandwiches are warm and taste great as well as the fish sandwich! Curly fries are good and the chicken tenders are a close second to McDonald's, no hot mustard sauce but they do have ranch, honey mustard and barbecue. Like most Arby's, Pepsi products are on tap. Relatively small restaurant with a small parking lot and shares a drive with Wendy's.

Over of the nicer Arby's I've been to. Looked very clean, can and the staff was very friendly. Very nice atmosphere ambient noise was at a very reasonable level.

I decided to change my regular fish to spicy fish at the window and the cashier's reaction was like it was the end of the world. Then I had to pull up to wait which was not a problem but the lady brought the food in a ripped bag which made me believe that she snatched it when she was bringing it out to me. Then I had to ask for ketchup because I was going back to work lol. So just imagine the look I received. I know that it's a bother for customers to change their order in the drive thru but I clearly didn't mind waiting. I don't think it was that much of a disruption to their day for them to act like that.

Not all Arby's are the same. This won in Swartz Creek is one of the better ones. Quick service with a smile and the food is always hot.
