Very disappointed!! I have a dairy allergy and I have studied their menu to figure out what was safe to eat. I ordered the food and waited 15 min n line..when the man handed me my food, he gave me a DAIRY dessert and my food!! He realized I wasn't supposed to have the dairy. I asked for a burger with mustard only!! It had Everything, including cheese and mayo!!!

Over my years living in Birch Run, Sonic has had the shittiest customer service of all the restaurants I've frequented during my entire life. I've on numerous occasions waited for service at the drive thru only for no one to take my order, leading me to calling Sonic and asking why this is happening. I am not over exaggerating when I say that the voice that comes out the drive thru speaker sounds like an actor paid to play a caricature of an unenthusiastic person. This makes for an overall unpleasant experience to be expected of Birch Run Sonic.

Sadly I have to give this place a star to give it a review, I don't think it even deserves half a star, I was just left there qnd the staff was so rude I cant believe it, they eventually got the food out to me, I got a three peice chicken tender meal and the biggest one was the size of my pinky, that's rediculus, plus they messed up the order and the food was cold when it finally came out, I don't understand how you guys stay in business

I've never had an issue with this location. Great slushies and shakes. The food is ok. I haven't had anything here that I just needed again
