We always regret going here afterward. It takes a few months to forget and we try it again only to be let down by poor service and SUBpar food.

Friendly staff and never a long line. I go to this location anywhere from 1-3 times a week for my work lunch when I'm lazy and don't want to prepare anything. Good food

Even though we live locally, this is only the fifth time we've been to this location since it opened in the new building and we still aren't impressed. Out of those five times, only once was the staff friendly and attentive, and that wasn't on this visit. The person who was making our order tonight went very light on veggies even when we asked for a few more pickles and tomatoes on our sandwiches. Our repeated request was granted with an obvious eye roll while they put on two more slices of the requested items. They don't charge for "extra" veggies so to be treated like we were asking for something unreasonable was unjustified. I think the next time my family wants Subway, we'll probably go to Birch Run instead. We've never had any issues there.
