It was a quiet evening during our visit. Service was fast and friendly and food was good.

Big boys has always been one of my favorites so, this big boy stood up to whatever I expected. The salad bar was fresh and they took great care with my food allergy. I go back to that same big boys everytime I'm in Michigan. The service was amazing our waitress was attentive and got everything we needed no matter how many trips we had to make. I Give It 2 Thumbs Up.

Seafood buffet hit the spot. I also made my sons turn off ALL devices when we eat. Kudos to the waitress

The food was average at best. You can’t expect amazing quality from a Big Boy. That being said, our server was not the greatest. There were two comments that she made that I didn’t like. The first comment she made was “I’m always right, that’s what I tell people” the second comment that was made was when she brought over my side of coleslaw as I’m browsing through my phone: “I always make my kids to turn off their phones when we go out to eat” I’m not sure if she was trying to be comical or entertaining. Regardless, you should be mindful of others and what you say if you’re a server. The only reason I’m leaving a two star rating is because I was hungry upon arriving and hadn’t been to a Big Boy in quite a while; so I figured to give it a try. I would’ve been better off got my to Taco Bell or one of the many other fast food restaurants around. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Used to go every Sunday morning for breakfast at 7 am. Heard the cooks bitching that we come to early and they are not prepared. Started going to Cracker Barrel instead. Staff there has a far more positive attitude.
