My husband and I stopped by this location before we had to take an hour drive back home. We had to order food for us and 3 kids that we had with us. We ordered 3 kids meals and the employee assumed we were done and cut us off. She got an attitude when my husband informed her that we needed a few more things. They didn't ask us if we needed sauce for the nuggets or anything like that. The nuggets were dry and unappetizing, the fries were bland and when my husband went back inside to get sauce they only gave him ONE. ONE sauce even though ordered 3 chicken nugget kids meals... When we come back to the area, we probably won't stop by this one again.

I always get their chili. It is almost as good as mine. I sometimes enjoy a small fry with the chili. The service is usually very good too.

I wish a fast food restaurant in my area treated you like this. Was on my way to visit family up north. Pulled off the expressway to use the bathroom. Decided to eat something. Polite, great service, the food was perfect and much more then I expected. Instead of a slapped together, minimum sandwich/ bacon fries.... It was perfect, piled with bacon and cheese fries.

Horrible food to start with. First over cooked and then lukewarm at best and fries were greasy and also lukewarm. I was served inside and I at first was the only person in line. Tgere waa only 1 couple in the lobby. And tgey were not eating at the time. When leaving after aome time another couple came in at the counter. But was really not right I'm the only person being there and a girl came to the counter to clarify my order with the cashier and she well that's been done for awhile and brought it out. As usual anymore in these type of places to eat it's nothing but a social time for the employees. Very poorly ran by management or who ever and who I think was the manager couldn't even find the keys which to me is the keys to the whole store if not where the money is kept too. I used to work for a competitor and none of this would ever ever ever be allowed. Dave has got to be rolling in is grave. Maybe I should write daughter Wendy so SHE knows what goes on at this store? I have gone to a lot of Wendy's but do not expect that to ever happen again at this store. Even the couple after me had problems JUST trying to place their order. Not good at all to say the least and like I said Wendy and her management team at the corporate level should be aware of this and also the franchisee that may be involved with this store or any other stores they may be involved with. Corporate should be made aware at least so they know is NOT being done. Rest in peace Dave as Wendy should know about the way things are NOT being done to the standards you fought so hard to create and to be a major competitor to McDonald's. At this store it's now going to be welcome to McDonald's or any other store. You asked for this opinion so I did my job. To bad the job wasn't and I'm quite sure never has been at this store or I would not have had my experience.
