This location is HORRIBLE! The customer service sucked! She act like she had an attitude and didn't want to be at work! Then she say they have coke products with no COKE SPRITE OR CHERRY COKE.. How does that work? So then I ask well what do you have? She again says coke products but no coke cherry coke or sprite, which didn't answer my question! They need to work on their customer service and police up on their products as well! Smh not to mention that it was a nice big $40-$50 order that they lost out on and National Coney island picked up!

The worst service ever!! Waited in line through the drive-thru for 20 minutes then when I approached the drive-thru window to order they told me they're not taking No orders through the drive-thru window that I had to go into the building. I went into the building and they were taking orders through the drive-thru for the people behind me and ignored me on the inside on Tuesday May 22nd at 4 p.m. the worst worst worst worst

An absolutely disgusting place to purchase your food at, i visited 03/17/18 I purchased two plane Checker burgers with just cheese a pop and small fry. After they ask me 10 times what my order was they still messed it up refuse to give me a refund refused to give me a receipt wouldn't give me my food or correct the problem. Made every attempt to contact corporate to contact the restaurant owner a month later still nothing. They have a policy about not issuing refunds but fail to mention it's because of their own stupidity and because they keep F***ing S**t up, after I lose my appetite in my patients dealing with your unqualified undereducated and disgusting employees you guys steal $7 from me, still want my 7 dollors and hope this review cost you business you earned it.
