This is my favorite local diner for breakfast! Many loyal customers greeted by name by the friendly and efficient waitresses, the chef (time permitting) comes out to greet and ensure people are satisfied. Decor is outdated but good repair and pretty clean. The coffee cups are kept filled and food is good, simple diner fare with less grease, so more enjoyable! The fifth star is for the outstanding service with a smile even when packed in!

Hands down best place to go for price and good food. I just happened to see this place while driving and decided to order one day and it was a hit. Keep up the good work Liz. :)

That was probably one of the best meals i’ve ever had. The environment is nice, the food is cheap, the meals are huge, and the food is absolutely amazing! I live in the south and only go to Michigan twice a year but every time the question “What do you guys want to eat?” comes up, my answer is always “Liz’s Ham Cafe”. Very respectful employees and personally I believe you should spread out more so I don’t have to go to Michigan every time i want food, inexpensive, home cooked meals. Outstanding.

We, my lady friend, and her ward and I had a wonderful experience here. The service was good, the food excellent. Only place I know to get deep fried American fries, bacon, or sausage.
