I come here often, and the service is always horrible, but tonight was so bad I had to share. I waited by the order screen forever, and then they finally took my order. It was wrong on the screen, so I corrected them before driving to the window. when I got my order, 10 minutes later, it was still wrong. I waited another 5 minutes just for the lady to finally open the window. She finally did and then told me that that’s not how I ordered it, even though i said it twice. she took the tacos back with an attitude and they made me new ones. I got home, and when I checked the order, it was STILL wrong, and they even just wiped sour cream on the outside of the tacos just because they were mad. My friend tried to call and talk to the manager, we called 3 times, and they never answered. do not go to this location!

I had some initial issues, with new staff and improper quantities. However, the manager performed his job well, and corrected his staff and the order. My experience with Taco Bell has been vastly improved by his behavior alone. The managers candor and willingness to lead from the front has left me a happy customer. I can highly recommend this restaurant, albeit the previous negative reviews, based on this fact alone. Thank you Manager Dyeon for this wonderful representation of your company.

Ordered via App. Crew member that handed me my completed order seemed a little spaces out but overall was friendly and servicing. Had to request that they grill my burrito in person because the app no longer features the option. As a former manager I knew to ask for that before I handled the food so they had no problems honoring the request. They had my order made before I arrived at the store undecided if that was a good or bad thing. Also, they happened to be sold out of rice at the time. This is a management issue and they should know to prepare extra ingredients featured in limited time only items. Rice cost Taco Bell very little so...

I almost always order a #8 combo at TB. I go to this store and I'm puzzled why the bill is $8.15. Teller's explanation doesn't make sense. Once I get home and look at receipt it shows a 90 cent up charge for choosing soft tacos (30 cents per taxi). The sign reads hard or soft with no price difference. There are many other places I will eat if other shops are doing this as well. NO LONGER A VALUE!!!

Always check ur bag before leaving. Never got a correct order once. Staff sucks. I have hopes every time I go here and get let down every time. Most of the time the staff has bad attitudes. Go there and see for yourself. Can you put a god damn fork in the bag w the cheesy fiesta potatoes???????!!! I mean holy hell
