I've been going to Venus for 30 years. It had become a bit dated, but the service has always been top notch. The new owners have really revitalized the place and updated the menu options so there's more for everyone to like. It's much more open and bright inside and the booths are actually comfortable. The service is still top notch and they're still as kid-friendly as ever.

Much nicer now. Open, airy, food is good. Typical Conley island menu. Everyone is friendly with quick service. Happy to have this place opened back up.

For a Coney Island diner it was really good. Good prices and lots of food. Good value. The service was fast and they were very accommodating. They handled a special requests on meals and nailed it. The restaurant was very clean. It looked like it may have been remodeled fairly recently because it looked nice and open ... just a guess. The food was good diner food. We mostly had breakfast fare and it was good and plentiful. The burrito was huge! I would recommend this place!

Great food and service. Really love the new look after the renovation. My family has been going here my whole life. Everything I've ever eaten here has been good. Breakfast is served all day and they have some great deals. The coneys and burgers are good and the French fries are awesome (they even stay crisp when you order takeout).

We were excited to see Venus open again. We have been here twice. I ordered the Country Fried Steak. It was pretty flavorless except for the heavy flour taste. I couldn't eat much of it. The last time we came I ordered French toast. It was good but very lukewarm. The other three people did not like their dinners. I hope it'd I come back there is improvement. The atmosphere is good.
