Great good. I eat gluten free. So pleased that gluten free pasta is available and it's very tasty. My family loves all the menu items. Friendly service. Called ahead and we were seated almost immediately after checking in.

Went in tonight 60 minutes before close and sat at bar. Had never heard a bad word about their food so decided to go there. Employees everywhere working feverishly to close the place down. People carrying bus tubs, people wiping tables, people rolling up floor rugs, people staring at me through the kitchen doors but no one acknowledged me or offered to wait on me. Another couple at bar also looking for service and the guy came back and joined his lady saying "they said everything's open". Whom ever he asked never got any one or alerted servers or absent bartender. I waited a few more minutes and bailed. So surprised that a place with such a reputation for doing things right would have such a total absence of management and basic hospitality! Walked a few hundred feet to a place called Log Jam and the pleasant bartender greeted me instantly and offered me a menu

Cugino's is probably the best Italian cuisine in the Lansing/Grand Ledge area. Great food at great prices. Great bread sticks.

Awesome place. Lots of choices. Great atmosphere and awesome food and portions. The spahghetti is my favorite. Staff is friendly and always on top of service.

The server was the only really nice thing about the restaurant. I ordered the fried eggplant and pasta dish. It was very underdone and had a tough, squishy texture. The salad was just generic from the bag, shredded cheddar cheese. On top of iceberg lettuce and a few slices of onion. The noodles were cooked all the way, so that was nice. The sauce didn't have anything special going for it. My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan. The chicken was ok, and the cheese on top was tasty. The noodles were done, but the sauce was pretty generic. The seat yourself policy kind of gave it a bar atmosphere and the service felt very rushed.
