So we went to Crossroads BBQ Saturday April 28th at 5:30, there was a mostly full restaurant and a long line at the counter. It’s the kind of place you order at the counter, pay, and go sit down with a order number. We waited about 26 minutes to get our drinks and food. This is not great, I watched two other patrons get tired of waiting for their drinks, and get up and get their own. Patrons should be given their drinks immediately. The two men working the front were so busy they couldn’t keep up and it made for upset and thirsty customers. My suggestion is to have a third employee to prepare and deliver drinks, and bus. My meal, brisket was good but terribly dry. My daughter’s brisket was not as dry. My thought here were maybe it’s very difficult to keep this meat warm without drying it out. Maybe it would be better to order it earlier in the day? They were out of pulled pork. I can understand running out of meat by the end of the business day. Again maybe the answer is go for lunch? I would like to try this again but possibly for lunch. The fries were very good large flat crispy planks of potato. The coleslaw was amazing, not sure if they make that themselves but it’s the best! We brought home some crack bacon, it was okay, and rib tips, which were okay but the bones are a pain to pick out, my husband liked his sliders with brisket, and the different sauces we got to try were good. Oh a small tip is watch those salt shakers! The salt pours out! Over all I loved it, but the wait and drinks not coming out were a big drawback. We shall return!

Great food that's worth the reasonable price. Fun and entertaining atmosphere. A good place to bring family, not much for babies or toddlers, but good for older children and teens and beyond. Good variety of sauces available at each table. Lots of great food options. Clean restrooms, and clean dining area. TVs are spaced along the walls for entertainment while you done. Located right in downtown Grand Ledge. Has a good, welcoming feel to it.

Most of the food was tasty, and the price was right. I enjoyed the baked beans and tater tots a lot, the sauces were great, but the meat could have been more tender and flavorful. The pulled pork was a little bland, but cooked well, and the brisket tasted pretty good but was quite chewy still. We waited a long time for the food to come out, but they were quite busy, which is a good thing. My husband asked for an estimate on the wait time (for a to go order), and was told ~15 mins. We knew this was likely not accurate as we had just heard another customer complaining about waiting for 40+ minutes for food. All in all, we spent about 45 minutes here, between waiting in line to order and waiting for our take out order to be ready. Also, they didn't include any utensils or napkins with our take out order... eating most of the meal with our hands was ok, but the baked beans were a little tricky/messy :P

This place and people are great. I be back real soon. We was sent here from work for a installed at a plant , and found this place. Had to tell the wife, so guess what, I have to bring her here to eat. Great price, Great Food, and one of the best services too.
