This place is AWESOME! The waitress was super nice, the restaurant was clean and inviting, and the food was great! I love how the root beer is served in chilled mugs. The Papa Burger was great, but the cheese curds were to die for! I have to come back to get some more. Don't pass this place up! The price of my meal was super fair too compared to how great the quality of the meal was. I was easily full, completely happy, and didn't feel like I spent too much money. Seriously, make a trip here, especially if you're visiting the nearby Sundance.

First time that we have received such poor service and food. Waitress did not return to table . Food was dripping grease onto plate. Don't think oil was right temp when they cooked it. Onion rings were not completely cooked. Not only did they look pasty but tasted that way as well. When we asked waitress for bill and told her problem she said..."HUH, sorry to hear that. Gal with long blonde hair took our money. When I told her about the undercooked chicken, etc. She said..."Huh! Sorry to hear that and held out her hand for the bill and the money. 😞

Very neat little A&W. It is based off the original, old school restaurant. You go in and sit down to get your food. It's a nice little stop!

My family used come here on ower way back from Lansing as a kid. The drive up and the tray hanging on the window was really cool. Everytime I go there its a positive experience, food is always hot and wiuck to get to the table after ordering . The servers are so sweet friendly , and hard workers. This is a great place to go!!

Very friendly staff, wonderful people. The fast food is better than a lot. And a root beer float or chiller is awesome. But in January the restroom was colder than the outside! Still recommend.
