Like going to Wendy's the food is good I really can't complain because every time I go to this Wendy's the food is always great even if I have to wait over 3 minutes in the Drive-Thru and ask for my ketchup it's worth it LOL

I visited Wendy's on Febuary 27th at 9:40 at night, and 4 cars including myself was told to pull over for our food. When the server came out to give our food she had 4 bags in her hand. Needless to say she gave everybody wrong bags. And it took to long to figure it out, by this time I wanted my money back because the people in the truck with my bag dug all in it and god knows what else. And she ran to the car like here you are from the car that had my bag. I said "are you serious." I politely asked for my money back. Thanks. But no thanks. Jefferson location

Normally its a nice staff.. But today......... I asked for a med cup of ice, and she wanted to charge me for a drink, normally I'll get charged like 35 cents.. Note I've been coming there every day sometimes twice a day ordering for the past month and now it's a problem.. Would've been 5 stars only for getting hot fries all the time. But I had to give a star because I couldn't give you any
