We stopped in before heading to the Tulip Festival. The food was good, but the restaurant was a mess, which is why I only gave it three stars. The ketchup dispenser didn’t work, the ice machine in the lobby was out of order, the booths in the restaurant were - dirty and not dirty like someone just sat there and ate, but dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I’d definitely stick to the drive thru.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers without ketchup and they didn't give me mustard or ketchup. No biggie, I came back thru to let them know and hopefully get it fixed. I was told that burgers only come with ketchup and pickle. I pulled up the bk website with the exact sandwich I ordered (double cheeseburger) where it says that mustard, ketchup, and pickle comes on it. She told me the official bk website was wrong. I pointed out the picture on their menu board. She was very rude and short with me. Very unimpressed with this staff and manager.

Been to this location multiple times, around 6:15am-6:30, no lights on outside.. no one answers at the drive thru. Other occasions I've been asked to wait for a decent amount of time when there's no customers :/ not trying anymore.

I love this location! I have never been treated unprofessional by anyone! I think they are a great crew! The food is fresh and the crew members are always kind to me!I am happy with this BK!

I can't believe how rude this Burger king is.every time I go there. I just left there on November 13, 2017 at 830am. The lady who is at the second window was so rude with me. I got to the window and greeted her. All I got was a nasty look. I figured her day might be starting of rough. I don't know what she goes through in life and neither does she know about mine. I smiled anyway and kindly asked for a ranch or ketchup. She snapped at me saying I don't have it up here. I'm sorry you got to go back around to the back. Then she slammed the window. I was just shocked. Why was it so hard for her to get it for me when I was the only customer there at all. I decided to just go on. I then got home to eat my breakfast and I ordered a small hash browns with a sausage and cheese croissan' wich. It was so greasy, old, and gross. I couldn't even finish it. I guess for now on I'll ride further away to another burger king or go to McDonald's. Bad experience. Wouldn't even give one star if I could.
