Barely made the four star. 3.5 more accurately and that because the food is not terrific. It's not bad "bar food" by any means, but it's not great or memorable. The most noteworthy, so far, is the plate of in-house cut and fried "potato chips." Note here though, you may want to ask for them to be completely cooked as they have tended to be under-cooked for us. Skip the brisket, it is very dry and you will always need to ask for more barbecue sauce (this is thin and interesting); it is too lean for brisket and far from tender. The pulled pork might be a better choice...maybe. The venue is worth the ticket with some Karaoke times and a stage that will impress everyone. Large open area around the stage with nice seating on the main level and the second floor that overlooks the stage. If they work on the food quality this could hit five stars very quickly in my book.

Rated :pg 18 This is by far the best place to hangout on weekend nights. The dance floors amazing filled with music from various genres( my favourite on was trance ) to beat the hell out of you after a glass of the great fireball whisky. Give it a try!

Great atmosphere. Good food, a little overpriced but not unreasonable. Bartenders seem to watch too many James Bond movies and their martinis are the innocent victims. I can comfortably say the only serious problem the Continental suffers from is service. There is a young man with very short dark hair and tattoos, he is one of the very best servers I've had in my life. Unfortunately, in my experiences if you get any other server, your experience will be sub par. This will be a great place if the issues with service get fixed.

Was charged $15 for a $5 dollar cover. When I challenged it the girls had already entered and the guy "watching"said I only gave a 10 instead of a 20. Then when we ordered drinks we ordered jack and coke and a captain and coke. We received rail whiskey and rum. I would not advise patronizing this establishment. So many better places to patronize in the Houghton/Hancock area. These folks obviously couldn't care less about their customers.

Good food. Nice ambiance and really good wait staff. If you're looking for haute cuisine this is pretty much the only place within 100 miles.
