I liked the food here. Yes, it was very good, excellent. The service was great too. However, I rated one star to call attention to the fact that the owner, Rich, was an asshat to his employees and was yelling at them left and right. While we were waiting for our table all we heard was this old dude with long grey hair scream at his hostess and waitstaff. That is no way to treat your employees, or any human being at all. Not cool dude. Learn to manage your stress, you have a great operation there and food that is worth waiting for. Your staff does a great job so just take a chill pill and learn to treat the people that work for you with respect. I would have said something to you in person but my partner was adamant that I keep my mouth shut. But for real, I was okay waiting a half hour for my table because I knew the food was going to be great. Do. not. scream/ disrespect. your. staff. If I worked for you Rich I would spit in your face. Because of the great food and service(besides for Rich) I will be back. And if you have a chick in your face about how much of a dick you are that will be me:))))

Honestly everything about this place is amazing except for the owner. I used to live in the neighborhood and ordered from here frequently and so I learned from people that used to work there and people who frequently establishment that the owner was absolutely terrible to his employees not letting them use the bathroom berating them in front of customers extending their hours and just being generally awful to them and everyone in the surrounding neighborhood knows that this guy is just awful to his employees. It's too bad because the restaurant itself looks really nice and the food is amazing in the staff is amazing too and they don't deserve the way that they get treated by the owner. If the owner would man up and be better to his employees I would give this place five stars.

Martini's offers something for everyone; in addition to their classic sandwiches, pasta, and pizza, they also offer an excellent selection of seasonal rotating dishes. Service is always friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. In the warmer months, their patio is always a great place to relax and enjoy one of the many local drafts they offer, as well as cocktails and wine. A Kalamazoo institution that consistently delivers.

Good food. They recently reduced their menu and raised their prices... loved the martini though.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. We've been frequent visitors for years. My sons grew up eating at Martini's and now it's the place they love to take their friends.
