Very nice waitress. I stopped in once before and she remembered me. Food was great I've ate there 3 times now. Wraps and burgers are great!

The food and drink were excellent. Definately worth the prices. I really enjoy all of Crankers beers that I have tried so far. Very good brewery. To offer a little bit of criticism though, the menu was out of date. For example the menu said 21 shrimp came but the waitress corrected the menu saying that 21 didn't come any more because they upgraded to larger shrimp. No big deal. The menu also said a side was herb roasted mixed vegetables. But it was actually just herb roasted zucchini. Not sure if they were just out of other veg that day but that was a minor letdown. Don't let these two things steer you away from here. Like I said, food and service were great.

Good beer, average food, slow service, odd atmosphere. This clearly used to be a fast food building. I wouldn’t say avoid this place. It may be worth a try once but don’t come here thinking you’ll get good pub food and great craft beer. Look for the next brewery IMO

The one star is for the good beer. I really enjoyed the beer. BUT, when I walked in, the whole place smelled like grease.....like I stepped into a deep fryer. I left smelling like grease too. Disgusting. And, the customer service was just mediocre. Atmosphere left nothing to be desired. Unimpressed.

Our first experience with Crankers was in Big Rapids, my golf club fitter suggested we give it a try. We couldn't have been happier with our visit. Today while doing an Online garage pick up i saw the Crankers sign, we had a great time at the Byron Center location. Wendy was excellent, not over bearing with the service, but PERFECT with how attentive she was, she knew the food and knew the beer. Perfect, like the beer, like the food , like the music. Thank you for an excellent experience Wendy, I hope my tip expressed my gratitude.
