No less than 35 people in line, and *every* employee was on their A-game!!! The line moved very quickly, someone was available to refill all beverages, someone else was stocking supplies, another wiping tables. Never have I been more impressed at a fast food resturant!!! What tickled me the most was that the manager was busy along next to his staff making to ensure a positive dining experience for all. We WILL return!!!

Pretty good food! Very busy place on week day at lunch time but people moved through quickly and food was fast. Excellent cookies and cream shake!!

Fantastic chicken. I was excited when I heard Grand Rapids and Portage were getting Chick-fil-A's. I lived in Texas for a few years and I have missed them while living here in Michigan. Any opportunity I have had to eat at one while traveling over the past few years I have gladly taken. They are always clean, the staff is always friendly and the food is always great. They can have a bit of a wait during peak times but it is always worth it. If you have never eaten at one I highly recommend that you give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I love the attitude of the employees and their community spirit, but I wish I liked the chicken better. Great waffle fries, awesome kids' meals, but I think the breading on their chicken is a bit wet and just not as tasty as I would expect. I'm so impressed with the little extras though. Plastic self-sticking placemats for the kids, table wipes, hand wipes, they even have the "good" ketchup packets.

Went through the drive through and it was surprisingly very fast considering it was lunchtime. Enjoyed my sandwich. Only thing is they didn't give ketchup for the fries. Guess you have to ask for it.
