If your looking for good Chicago Style Pizza this is the place to go!! Also offer other types of pub style foods that are really good. You also have the choice of bar style eating area or dining area, which is nice with family or friends.

Their listed hours on google says they're open until 2 AM, that is just for the bar. The kitchen closes at 12:00 AM midnight! I love that they have long hours, I've been able to go here many times when every other restaurant around Woodland is closed. It's sort of empty at night, which could be uncomfortable if that bothers you. It's nice if you're on a late-night date. The decor is your basic dim-lit, exposed brick, bar style. It looks like a place you'd see in downtown GR. The food is high quality, fresh, and a great value, so it never disappoints! I'm a big fan of the Chicago 7 individual pizza, I get it every time I go. The service is great, too, even at late hours. Many times when you'd go to a restaurant after about 9 PM, the server will be grouchy and unattentive. Not at Old Chicago. The servers I've had have great attitudes and make you feel so welcome, AND give attentive service. Your drink will always be full!

Kind of a bummer. I got wings and the pickle chips and they came out luke warm. I'm pretty sure they don't have a system to tell the hostess anything is done and the wait staff don't care cause it isn't a table tipping them. I am staying at the hotel next door and it was literally 60 seconds back to my room. I may trying dining in but this left a poor experience in my mind. On a positive note and giving them an extra star the hostess Skylar was great to talk to. I'm new to the area and she recommended a bunch of places to check out and things to see in Grand Rapids. Also the guy who got take out in front of me had to come back cause they got his order wrong.

Decent food. If you are in the area, one of the better choices to stop and eat, but I wouldn't make a trip out just to eat there. I had the fish and chips. The fish was crisp and reasonably flavored. Tartar sauce was good, but the coleslaw left me unsure of whether it was good or bad. The fries were nothing spectacular. The pizza I got here on my last visit was pretty good, but there is better in West Michigan.

The restaurant is clean, the wait staff is friendly and courteous, and the food is delicious. I'd especially recommend the pepperoni rolls and the large cookie with ice cream. They have a rewards program and Happy Hour pricing. They have spectacular chocolate milk (also I hear the beer is great -- not a drinker, myself). They do Trivia on Wednesday nights at 9 and have the best host anywhere.
